Winter allows the vines time to rest, soak in as much rain as possible and store up energy for next spring. Jose has been busy pruning and brushing the vines.
During the winter months we are able to complete a lot of cleanup and maintenance in the vine rows.
Our weather looks promising for a normal to wet winter.
Even when it is cold and often foggy, it is always beautiful in the vineyard.
Come see for yourself!
It is definitely the middle of winter and with the colder, wetter weather we are hoping to get as February begins, it will definitely feel more like winter, too. It is beautiful from the tasting room and as more snow falls on the mountains, we are able to spot skiers and lights on Mt. Ashland. There are still some afternoons warm enough to enjoy being outside, and we have a few small blankets to help with the chill. As always, if it's too chilly outside, you can always stay inside with the fireplace and make it a cozy afternoon.
We have updated the wine flight menu, so come try some new wines. Both the "Lite Bite" and Wine Tasting menus can be found on the Tasting Room page.
Trivia is on Sunday,
February 23rd, from 3-5 pm.
Reservations requested.
Groups encouraged.
